Do you have shop?

No not at the moment I am afraid, Tiaralily is an online shop, however we do offer home service where we will visit you and bring samples of our work for you to try.  These viewings are by appointment only and currently  available in and around Chelmsford, Essex.  Tiaralily also attend Wedding Fairs in Essex/Wiltshire throughout the year so please check our News page for dates.

Can I alter a tiara design?

Yes, at Tiaralily our aim is to create the perfect tiara for you. We can change the height, colours, etc we like to think anything is possible (there may be a charge for alterations depending on the request).

How do I pay for my order?

Tiaralily accept cheques (payable to L. Rooney or Tiaralily) or via Nochex or paypal our secure online payment system.

What happens once I place an order?

Once you have placed an order you will receive a confirmation email along with an approximate delivery date.  On completion of your order an email will be sent to you advising of a dispatch date.  All items are sent via Royal Mail Special delivery service.

How will my orders be packed?

All tiaras, pins and jewellery come in a pink keepsake boxes. All items are wrapped in acid free tissue paper and ribbon.  Tiaras also come with a care card.

Do you send out samples?

When an order is made and payment has been received if you request samples we will send them out to you.

How long will it take for my tiara to be delivered?

Tiaralily usually advises around 4-6 weeks, this timescale can change depending on the time of year (busiest times October-March).
