Products |
All of our products are handmade to order
and because of this you may see slight variations between the images on our
website and the product you order. All of our products use gold or
silver plated bases and wire (sterling silver also available on request at
an extra cost). We only use the finest quality freshwater pearls,
Swarovski crystals and pearls. |
|
|
|
Ordering |
Ordering can be done via our shopping
cart. If you see a design but would like to make a slight alteration
to it, contact us to see if it can be done. Occasionally we may not
be able to source a particular colour crystal due to the colour being
discontinued or unavailable. If this happens we will recommend another
crystal similar in colour or offer you a refund. |

Returns |
All of our products are bespoke and hand made to
order therefore we do not offer refunds.
However our products are made to
the highest standard and in the unlikely event that your purchase is faulty or has been damaged in transit please contact us within 48
hours of delivery for a return code. A refund or exchange will be given once
- The items are returned in their
original condition, with original packaging and by Royal Mail special
delivery (please keep proof of postage)
- The items are returned within 5 days
of receipt (and before the date of the wedding)
- Postage costs are not refunded
- Earrings cannot be
returned for hygiene reasons

Cancellations |
You have the right to cancel up to 7 days
after placing your order.
Cancellations after this time are not accepted. |

Delivery |
On receipt of your order and payment we
will contact you to confirm your order and advise of a delivery date.
Sometimes orders can take up to 6 weeks depending how busy we are
(busiest time Oct-March). We strongly advise that you order your
tiara as early as possible All
tiaras come wrapped in tissue paper in a keepsake box... |

Postage |
There is a flat charge of £5.95 for
postage. All items are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Your privacy is important to us.
Tiaralily will never pass on your personal information to any other parties.
All of the information you provide to us is solely used to process
your order. |

Tiaralily accepts no responsibility
for injury caused by misuse of any of its products. All of our
products contain small parts and therefore can be potential choking hazards if
misused in any way. We therefore strongly advise that children are supervised
when wearing any of our products. |
